Pet Policy

Pet policy: We are pet friendly! Both dogs and cats are allowed!

Pets - Max 2 Allowed

One-time Pet Fee: $300.00 for the first pet and an additional $200 for the second pet. ($500 total for two pets)

Monthly Pet Rent: $20/month for the first pet and an additional $15/month for the second pet. ($35/month for two pets)

We do not have a weight limit. Please keep in mind that no exotic animals are permitted. However, we do allow hamsters, birds and fish.
